Instead of several separate tanks, which take up valuable floor space and incur costly labour and transport charges, cleaning can now be carried out in one machine with a multi tank system. In this machine you can either pre-clean, de-carbonize, (wash), rinse and/or rust inhibit components. This system is ideal for the aero industries where numerous cleaning stages are required. Also for surface treatment by iron phosphating of components prior to painting.

As cleaning takes place in a totally enclosed system, vapours are unable to enter the workshop and working conditions are vastly improved. Just press the button and the variable programme will run automatically saving money, time and labour.
